The dimensions were a little misleading but it worked out perfectly. (Our ceiling height is standard at 8 feet.) Our daughter loves the loft. We contacted the company by e-mail with purchase information and a photo of a damaged post. Next thing we knew, it was being shipped without any questions. Great product and great company.
