One a the leg is missing a hole for the screw. I contacted Customer service, they aprroved it. And 2 months later I havent seen the replacement leg.
The futon is okay, the color is nice. Its actually not too comfortable. Its just long enough for me to lie down completely. But I can feel the hard frame underneath when i lie down.
I mean after you bought this and try it out, youll know why couches are so expensive. For this one, youll get what you pay for tho.
