After reading some reviews I was a little worried about the comfort but I found it perfectly fine and a lot better than I was expecting. I purchased for about 140 and I feel like it is aming value. Just be aware that Yes it is very low to the ground, and will be substantially lower than the other furniture around it. As long as you are aware of that before hand Im positive theres not much for you to be worried about. The pillows are comfy and the couch can switch to a futon very easily and stays locked in place with no problems.
