Of all of the items we have purchased, not one has arrived damaged or with parts missing. All the books were in good readable condition with no major problems. Electronics all worked as advertised and are still working well. Grandson enjoys the XBox Gift Cards very much. Chairs have worked out well because we bought them for the amount of weight they could hold. The Army Security Agency Hat was a find. I spent the major part of my 22 years in the Army serving in the ASA. Brought back a lot of good memories. My family and I are well pleased with your products and will continue to shop in the future.
