Its perfect for my tiny house! I have a 2 and 4 yr old/ 2yr on the bottom with a pillow top Twin bed that we already had, 4 yr old on the top with a 6 inch memory foam mattress I ordered. Because it is a short bunk bed/ The ceiling fan is far enough away that Im not concerned with it being an issue. The assembly took my husband about 2 hrs and he didnt have any issues with it. It is very sturdy from what I can tell. I am very pleased with this purchase. So much room for activities
