We had a problem with the screw holes not lining up for the shelves but the problem was efficiently taken care of with a replacement item sent within 2 days. Unbelievable service! The bench is very well made the shoe shelves hold our shoes comfortably. The black padded seat is a good height fits in our hallway wonderfully.
