Some hardware does not match up making assembly very difficult.
Update: I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement shelf. I went to install the shelf and found that one of the screw holes was too tight for the included screws. Fortunately I had one in my garage. I will say that the customer service was excellent. However, this could have received a 5 star review had it been easy to assemble. I have updated my rating to a 4/5 stars due to their customer service. I will say that it is refreshing to receive such excellent service from a company!
At this point, my rating is very low. I had high expectations for this, but what should have been an easy assembly turned into an hour long process that was unsuccessful. The reason? One of the shelves is incorrectly aligned. Thus, the screw will not fit into all four holes. no matter how you position it. I even unscrewed the other shelf I had already attached and switched spots to make sure that wasnt the issue. I am very disappointed.
