Inner threading is defective. Replacement has been offered (big plus for customer service!)
I couldnt even get this thing together. Everything was going along swimmingly until I got to a screw that refused to catch the inner threading of the hole. I hoped it was a problem with the screw, but no other screw would fit either.
This one was more expensive than others, but the manufacturing quality is pretty awful. If youre willing to spend more than 30 for a shoe bench, I would look elsewhere.
Edit: Customer Service got in touch and is willing to send a replacement. Good on them for proactively taking care of this. Im guessing my review will change for the better if I am sent a quality product.
