I had an issue with this shoe storage bench and promptly replied to my request for some replacement parts. In fact, they sent them to me so fast I couldnt believe how quickly they arrived. Other than the one problem we experienced (which had to do with a mistakenly high weight limit capacity that now has been fixed in the item description), the bench has held up well now, for nearly 2 years and still looks new. Very satisfied customer!
