This is a follow up of my original review. Ordered the 10 ft square turquoise umbrella and 34 x 34 base that was supposed to go with it. The base actually measured 32x32 so it did not fit. sent out another which sadly had the same problem, sleeve for umbrella wouldnt fit! Took awhile but both bases were returned and I received appropriate credit. I even considered sending back the umbrella due to frustration but decided to keep it even though we had yet to open it and see what it looked like. Very glad I did, its beautiful, works perfectly to add shade over my spa and seating area. Easy to operate, 360 degree coverage and has an easy to put on cover. We installed the umbrella directly into our slab and its perfect. I dont know what to say about the bases which I was NOT happy with however the umbrella is exactly what I wanted. reached out to me to offer a credit for my trouble and were extremely apologetic. You should note that this is a very heavy item that really needs two able people to install. Five stars for my umbrella!
