Excellent product and very sturdy and well made. The box was damaged in shipping and retaped so I was missing a couple of small parts. I contacted customer service and they shipped the missing parts which I received in 3 days. The whole process/ contacting them and receiving the replacement parts took 5 days. Excellent company and service! I highly recommend this company and their products.
