Its the best price we could find on a portable basket to put in the backyard for some putting practice.
The basket was nicely packaged and honestly had the simplest assembly instructions. After assembling it, we noticed the basket was quite a bit lopsided. We reached out to the manufacturer via email and were receiving near instant responses even though their automated response claimed it could take several days to hear back due to high volume of inquiries.
They sent us a replacement basket within a day and is having UPS pickup the original basket so they can investigate the issue on the first basket further.
The basket is awesome (and works a lot better than our wooden post we were using before hah) thus far and I was very impressed with the manufacturers support. Ill definitely look at their products in the future when needing new or other DG goods! We look forward to taking this out to fields in the future to use for approach work as well.
