I purchased this for my Mom who has some mobility issues and painful arthritus. Not a deal breaker, but this recliner is smaller than our other recliner. We are both 57 and after sitting in our other very large recliner that kind of envelops you, this one feels a bit strange at first.
The remote that came with it did not allow for the heat to function separate from the massage. I messaged the seller and they shipped out a different remote right away.
