Came with no remote or power cord? Superior Customer service!
Update! As promised based on my previous below review this is an update. Supplier responded immediately and all the missing items arrived within 24 hours. No fuss or anything items appeared without any hassle. The recliner is working and she loves it. We like it too. Sits very nice and good quality. Actually think there are more expensive brands and models out there and they arent near as nice as this one. The siblings are trying to get dibs on it. Lol! Thank you for the great customer service. Highly recommend.
Right now Im a bit upset. We ordered this chair for my mother who is in an assisted living facility. Upon opening the boxes it did not have the remote or the cord to power the chair! This is very upsetting especially during the Pandemic when we cant be in facilities in the first place and they allowed us in for a specific window of time to get her set up. I will report back and revise my rating based on how the company responds.
