I was able to put this frame together by myself in about 2 hours with help from my 5 year old. Its also pretty light weight. I was able to drag it from the road where the UPS driver dumped it off, and Im a not very strong 160lb woman. Everything was well packaged and labeled. The directions were very easy to read. It seems pretty sturdy so far. Its a very good height for my space. I have it directly below a ceiling fan in a mobile home and it has plenty of clearance. For the price of it, I am very happy with my purchase.
