easy to build, looks great and awesome customer service response
after ordering a new mattress and new bed frame(from seperate manufacturers, my first mistake) they were both set to arrive on the same day. Unfortunately i slept on my new mattress on the ground for 6 days while there was 0 tracking update on this bed frame besides the shipping label being created. I emailed the seller and got a reaponse within 24 hours which i was impressed with and they said they'd contact usps to either speed it up or give me a refund if it was lost. I am well aware that there is a global pandemic going on so not a huge deal. Putting the bed together alone was relatively easy besides maybe 1 or 2 little bumps with the instructions being unclear but it looks great, doesn't look cheap at all. Only issue i'm having now which i'm kind of upset about it big cracks and creaks when i get on the bed(keep in mind i'm less than 130lbs). other than the delayed shipping and the creaks it was a good purchase and the customer service was fast and helpful(thank you HAI)
