The product is beautiful: beautiful enough for me to request a replacement rather than just returning the defective chair. Unfortunately, some hardware was missing and some of the pre-drilled holes were drilled incorrectly. Also, the grooves that catch the screws were stripped as well. You can see from the picture how the seat sits uneven from the headrest because the hardware is loose due to the stripping and lack of washers, and where some of the washers will not fit into the pre-drilled holes because they are drilled wrong. Im bummed! I was hoping to have a usable chaise for family during Thanksgiving, but this one is not a stable enough to allow that. Hopefully the new one is better! Also, its super simple to put together and clear instructions were provided.
