We bought this for our college students dorm room. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. When we contacted about the missing chair they were extremely responsive and helpful. They contacted us multiple times to see if we had tracked down the chair. With many other companies we would have had to contact them multiple times before getting a response. When we were unable to track the chair down shipped out a replacement on a Friday. My son had it in his dorm by Monday.
