Id give this couch 4 stars. Between two people we ran into a recurring issuethe screws wouldnt line up with the holes. You may need to use a screwdriver to drill them into the frame of the couch in some areas. Despite the trouble Im still very impressed with how comfy this couch is. Definitely not bad quality. This is the first couch Ive ever purchased and would recommend it to anyone whos skeptical of the price.
