10/10 customer service for this company. I realized AFTER the item had already shipped that I had set the delivery address incorrectly, nearly six hours away. I contacted the company who were able to have the item rerouted to my correct address, and still received it within a reasonable time. The team was personable and responded in reasonable time when I was in contact with them. As an added bonus, the item was delivered in packages that were easy to manage moving into an apartment building, and super easy to set up, even after losing the directions. I cant speak for quality as I just set the couch up today, but my first impression is that itll serve its purpose exceptionally.
