Very flimsy. I didnt expect top grade but I didnt expect to have to be extremely gentle either. You cant place too much pressure on it when leaning back and its not at all comfortable to sleep on. I definitely recommend getting the warranty because I see it being very useful in the future. Not much cushion but its firm if you need posture support it will definitely make you sit up
