I wanted to get a new sofa lately and settled on the Convertible Sectional Sofa Couch. The color is great, and the assembly was very simple. I encountered a problem with one of the screws connecting the hardware holding the back piece in place. Without the screw, the back was very unstable, and leaning back on it too hard would break it completely. The seller jumped right in to get the issue fixed. They replied back to me in a quick manner every time and finally resolved the issue by sending out a new part to replace the broken one. A simple solution which they were too happy to help me with, including sending the new part out quickly with no action or added cost on my part. A really great company for this really great sofa.
The only issue, which I should have considered in the first place but failed to use this measurement when comparing other sofas, concerns the back height. Im 62 and there isnt any back part or pillow that supports my head. This isnt a deal/breaker for me, Ive got this handled with some of my own pillows so problem solved.
The best feature for me is the functionality and flexibility of the modular sections. Its easy enough to move parts around depending on what my needs are at the time. Another element is the construction of the overall sofa. Its light enough to make you think its unstable at first, but this is a well/conceived sofa which is solid all/around more than the lightweight would lead you to think. Im a big man, 300+ lbs. and I have no complaints or even concerns with the sofa supporting me.
So, for anyone looking for a new sofa at a great price thats easy as pie to put together and is backed up by a great company, then I would highly recommend this for your consideration.
