Pretty happy with this bed, the instructions were sparse but well thought out and easy enough to follow. Easy enough for 1 person to do. In particular the coding of the numerous screws was well thought out. Be warned that parts for which there are multiple identical pieces may not all be labelled. The bed is pretty tight with no wobbles or squeaks (so far).
If you have a wood floor you may want coasters or pads as metal on wood may scratch. If you have a carpet or rug underneath the clearance may be < 12 so dont plan accordingly if you intend to put storage bins underneath.
Overall Im pleased with this bed.
