We originally bought this bed frame in November, it came very quickly and was exactly like pictured. However, the frame started bending shortly after and recently it was unable to be used. I contacted the company and told them my issues and they responded so quickly and were eager to help keep me happy. They told me that they had new enforced metal and replaced the entire bed frame at no cost for me since I had problems with the first one. Our new one is definitely stronger, was still easy to put together and came very quickly. Thanks again!
