Would be great bed frame if it came with all pieces and there were no manufacturing flaws

I purchased this king bed frame early in February 2021 and received it on the 25th. Assembly proceeded well until I discovered the center leg piece (part V on the instructions) did not have the cushioning gasket inserted in the bottom of the metal tube. All of the other five legs have this important part to prevent damage to the floor/carpeting/rugs. I also discovered several of the? brackets with threaded holes for attachment screws seem to have been positioned incorrectly on some of the bed frame legs. The improper location of these brackets made alignment of the parts that mate with the legs troublesome. The two brackets on the headboard middle leg (part W) are positioned to receive screws from the back of the headboard for attaching the two base frame pieces (part K). The corresponding brackets for part K on the main legs (Parts A and B) are positioned to receive screws from the front (mattress side) of the frame. Holes for both part K pieces are punched for screws entering only from the front (mattress side) of these components. That configuration results in a very bad alignment of the two base pieces with the middle leg (part W). I was able to drill four new holes through the part K pieces using the factory holes as a guide in order to enable the four screws to enter the back sides of the base pieces. While that solved the problem, it left four unsightly unused holes in the fronts of the two part K components. Since the mattress hides these holes, I can accept this unsightly condition. I have a fully equipped shop with power tools to perform these kind of fixes but suspect many buyers may not be so lucky. I recommend inform the Chinese manufacturer review how these brackets are attached to the middle leg (part W) OR consider drilling holes for the screws on the opposite end of the back sides of these parts for proper attachment and alignment of the headboard pieces. Finally, a similar improper location of the welded and threaded brackets on one of the footboard legs (part D) results in an unsightly mis-alignment of the base frame member (part K) affixed to the footboard leg. This alignment is not as severe as that described above for the headboard. The photos of the footboard legs on my bed reveal the misalignment of the two part K frame members. I reported these problems to Customer service and an agent promised to investigate the situation and call me back later in the day. He did not call. Another call the next day to Customer Service resulted in an agent recommending I post a message to the manufacturer in China (available on the sellers page of the listing but is sent to China through the communication system), to request replacement of the missing foot pad and also a part D leg as I am very particular about aesthetic appearances. I sent the message attaching similar photos and then received a response from Selling Partner Support informing me they could not find an account for me as a seller. I was asked to verify my account information! Of course Im not the seller so a major mis-communication must have occurred. Another call to Customer Service resulted in yet another agent telling me the only solution was for another full bed to be sent to me from which I could pick out the parts I would need to correct the problems. I would then request to return that second bed in its original box. I agreed to do so. The second bed arrived a couple of weeks later and this one had all six rubber feet attached to the frame legs. BUT, the same mis-alignment of screw brackets welded to the aforementioned pieces and the same two part K components drilled only on one face were included. In addition, several other pieces in the box were badly scratched or dented as has been reported by several reviewers on a very similar bed frame likely from the same manufacture and sold by . I removed the parts I needed plus a few extras for future replacement if necessary. For the lack of a missing part and improperly manufactured components, it seemed rather extreme to simply replace the entire bed and then return the remaining parts which will likely wind up in a landfill somewhere. The good news this bed frame is really sturdy and the legs are very solid. Many of s other bed frame options are not so with many reviewers noting ongoing problems with bent and distorted legs. We got a 14 inch high king mattress for our bed and with it on the bed frame, the decorative cross pieces in the headboard are almost completely obstructed by the mattress and standard pillows. It would have been nice to have a taller headboard. I do appreciate the effort made by to address the issues I had and I hope the company will look into getting the manufacturing problems corrected before selling more of these beds. Correction: In my haste to file this review I managed to capture several photos whose included captions do not reflect my written narrative. The two views of the headboard center leg show the front AND the back of the leg piece. I had intended to show only the front which reveals the four brackets for the base pieces are positioned toward the back and oriented to receive screws from the back side of the headboard. In addition, the photos of the base pieces do not show the full length of each piece which are identical with two holes punched on both ends of the same face. To match the threaded brackets welded on the three legs, each base piece requires two holes on each end but punched on opposite faces. The photos were taken using the replacement parts from the second bed shipment which has now been returned to . I hesitate to strain my back moving the assembled and very heavy bed. I apologize for the confusion.
