One of the headboards arrived damaged despite the copious amounts of styrofoam. The headboard appears to have been punctured from one side and the damage is visible on the other. The item is sold and shipped by so the only way to get a replacement part is to request a refund return the item or request an exchange have a new one shipped. Normally this wouldnt be a complaint but the bed comes in four large boxes and arranging return of the item once its opened (broken styrofoam, ripped plastic, cut strapping) would be a significant hassle. The damage doesnt seem to affect its use but is an aesthetic problem. For the price of this bed, it should arrive in perfect condition.
It is a nice bed. It seems sturdy, especially for a toddler or young adult. It is quite high off the ground (as expected) and will need a bed rail to keep a toddler in place. The colour is exactly as expected from the pictures and is nice and even. Only complaint is the damage.
