The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that in two spots the screws pushed through and left a rough circle on the top of the unit. But overall, perfect for the money. If I wanted an expensive piece, I would have went to the furniture store. The s work well and it keeps the dust off all my books (I am using it as a bookcase in my office).
