I bought this bed on 08/26 for my daughter. The delivery was on time, all parts were intact, except that my plants at the entrance were destroyed or squished with the big box.
I was impressed with the bed , it looks better than the pictures and to be honest is really easy to assemble, considering the fact I am not very crafty and good with tools.
I am very satisfied with the product , the quality for the price I paid, the color and how easy it is to put it together.
The only thing I am not happy about is the fact that some important parts were missing. The manufacturer provides a number and a web site from where I ordered the parts, it has been 3 days , since I ordered them, Ill write another review after i get the parts
