The first one I got had a hole in the top of the headboard and black fingerprints all over it. They definitely dont wear gloveeees when touching a white pleather bed they are putting together and the hole got in it before they put plastic wrap around it because there was no hole in the plastic wrap.
Called they had a new one shipped out the next day and scheduled a pick up of the damaged one. All in all very happy with the end result and it is definitely worth it for the price even with the hastle.
