It took forever to get here. Based on tracking, Fedex had a bad label and was confused as to where to deliver. I reached out to via email and they were quick to respond. When the chairs finally got here, the packaging was a bit damaged and the hardware probably fell out, because it wasnt in the box. Again I reached out to and they quickly sent out the package of bolts and nuts. Great customer service!
The structure of the chairs are made with less than quality materials, but you get what you pay for. Ive had the chairs for about a month and a half now with normal use--just sitting. When you I sit back, the back shifts a bit. The fabric on the chair and parts that you can see without flipping the chair over look nice.
