Nice mattress but not as firm as a medium firmness should be

The packaging was great no issues there but I ordered a medium but feels more like a soft firmness. I would say is kinda like a shoe that runs small.order up and get a firm to get a medium firmness. however my mom loves it and says is super comfortable. I feel like the corners did not expand like they should have but the rest of the mattress seems fine
