Poor customer service no solution to a crap mattress
Mattress never fully expanded. I asked the company to refund or if I could return the mattress. They want me to take the mattress somewhere to return it and call another company to start the return. They are making it more than difficult to get this mattress out of my house or the money I paid for it. Its not useable!! So now Im stuck with a mattress that you cant sleep on, I have no way to take it somewhere to returns it and Im out the money I paid for it. I bought 4 of these and only had an issue with 1. To bad they wont make it right! Dont buy! The customer service sucks! I will never buy from here again
