I recently purchased this item. The last step to putting it together is to put the back board on. I then realized it had two cracks in it. I attempted to contact the seller about it but my only option was to return to seller. I clicked on it and explained but only received a return label in response. I absolutely love this piece though! I was not wanting to disassemble the entire thing and carry it to a place to return it.. as it is extremely heavy. I was really hoping for some sort of compensation for the defective piece. I had to spend money to fix the issue. However, I love how it turned out! ??
