Not sure what product a lot of these other purchasers bought, but I received the 60" 24 cubicle hall tree.
Yes - It is super heavy. 135 pounds in a box so not only the weight but the shape makes it a little cumbersome. You might need a cart or another person to bring it inside your home.
Yes - Slight chip on ONE piece, but not enough to make me even consider returning it. Some tape and white out and you never know its there. The item is packed as best as it can be. The rest is up to UPS or the local shipper and if they care whether you get your packages in one piece or not. But that's not the seller's fault.
Yes - My shoes all fit. I wear a 9 1/2 mens shoe and both shoes fit fine. One goes in sideways, heel first, and the other goes in sideways toes first. If you are expecting to slide both shoes in right side up with both heels on the bottom, look for something else that will probably cost you three or four times the cost. Plus, simple math would have revealed to you that at 60" wide with 8 cubicles across, each cubicle could not have never been any wider than 7.5".
Mine looks great. Wife loves it, kids, love it and it does what it is supposed to do and for a great price.
