The product I got is actually a little nicer than the one in the pictures because the middle shelf on mine is a little shorter to accommodate a tall pair of boots on the left two shelves high.
That means there's also a middle set of bars making the product sturdier. I do sympathize with the reviewer that wanted two full size shelves, I guess they don't like boots.
I had fun putting it together with the allen key provided, the documentation was easy to follow, it even comes with a strap to anchor it to the wall for safety.
