This product is as it appears. It did take some time putting it together, but instructions were clear, and all screw holes were predrilled, and nail hole locations were clearly marked. It fits nicely into the niche near my garage door entrance. I wish it were a little taller, and I wish it came with baskets for shoes. A cushion for the bench would be nice, too. Overall a nice product for the price.
