Just received and assembled this Rocker and its as comfortable as the demo I tested a couple of years ago. Assembly was fairly easy and instructions were clear except that the seat connections to the legs didnt line up exactly. I corrected this issue by loosening the connection of the arms to the frame that allowed the frame to flex enough that the seat connections fit into the recesses provided. The only shortcoming of the instructions was that this step was not included. Once assembled though all parts fit just fine and resulted in a sturdily constructed chair. Testing the chair in various locations on our concrete patio, it rocked squeak and rattle free, and felt very solid. Now Ill wait to see if my wife will commander this rocker as her own, and if so well probably be buying a second one soon.
