No Customer service at all. Had to assemble without backer board!
Wife loves the product but.. Item delivered in a damaged box and also had damages to the white “backer board”. Tried calling the manufacturer 4 times but they never answered. I also emailed and never not get a response. Description in both the manual and online say to contact manufacturers for replacement parts... No one answered! I love the product but I would like it better if it wasn’t busted.
Received the replacement part in the mail. Unexpected but great til!
