You'll definitely need two people to assemble this. Took us nearly 2hrs, but once we were done, we loved it! We have a lot of shoes between just the 3 of us and needed to organize our main entrance from the basement.
Instructions are fairly easy to follow. I was a bit worried since I read that some pieces come a bit damaged but not a single ding on any of ours.
It was difficult to bring in as this entire 6ft hall tree comes packed in ONE box. We left it in the garage and carried each piece in as we needed it.
