First, the customer service was exceptional. We had a problem with the bunk beds and stairs were shipped to us in different colours. Their customer service replied quickly and fixed the problem immediately without delay or extra charge.
Second, the bunk bed with stairs is beautiful and sturdy! They were assembled pretty easily by two people. I’m sure we’ll have them for years to come!
