Great experience- we had it within four days of ordering. Shipped in 3 boxes and very organized. Assembly took about four hours with two of us. The directions are ok, better than many things we’ve built but still a challenge at times. The Allen wrench is miserable when building the stairs. But, I’d rather go through the misery of building stairs than have our five year old use a ladder. In the end, the quality is great and it’s very sturdy. We’d been looking in furniture stores but with their ship times decided to try this. Very glad we did- end product is better than anything I saw in a store. It was worth the time!!
