We ordered this futon with some hesitation after ordering a different one from another company and being unsatisfied with the quality and customer service, but we needed one for our grandkids playroom. We were surprised from the moment we opened the box until we sat on it. It was beautiful, actually has material on the back and not just paper covering. For a futon, it was comfortable to sit on and to lie down on. It has a neat little feature in the back: you can unzip the cover and two other legs come out for support making it sturdy for the futon feature. I would have ranked it all 5 stars, but the assembly instructions were a bit confusing and we had to backtrack and figure it out as a step was missing. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend it. Our grands spent the night on it and it worked perfectly.
