I LOVE this bed. It's solid wood, sturdy, and all the storage it adds is just WONDERFUL. All the pieces are clearly labeled, and the instructions are good, making it fairly easy to put together. It's time consuming, but totally worth it. Looks very nice. My kids love it. They seemed to think of everything for safety. Lots of slats under the mattresses, and an extra support under the top bunk, anti slip tape on the stairs, rails, etc. Can't say enough about the storage. I was able to clear out my sons entire dresser, and put all his clothes in one of the drawers under the bed. That's a feat, I promise. I'm so, so, glad I bought this bed. You really can't beat it, especially for the price.
