Cons: Instructions were tricky, you have figure out and pay very close attention to the details on the diagram. The red part numbers on the pieces are not clear. There are different instructions depending on the orientation of the stairs on the left or on the right. The screws for the drawers don't line up.
Manage to put everything together in 5 hours from unpacking to end. Recommend having a drill to attach 200 screws and a partner to help.
