This is a really great bed - there is so much space and storage
This is a really great bed - there is so much space and storage. The instructions were incredibly clear and well thought out. We added a flat board over the base of both beds because I don't think those slats are strong enough to hold the weight of a mattress and occupant. It probably is but I just feel better buying a thin piece of plywood (from home depot) that fits exactly over the slats for the top and bottom bunk. We added some decals to spruce up the bed and it is absolutely adorable! Looooove this bed!!!
