There were 4 people to assemble to make the process go quicker. However, due to incorrect placement of pre/drilled holes of the rod with the legs, we had to make our own hole to match up where it should have been. Also, the small nail holes on the top part of the fireplace were placed on the wrong side. It would be nice if all parts were labeled front, back for easier assembly because the diagrams in the instructions were kinda hard to allow us to determine the front from the back.
