I loved the sleek style of this luggage and it is super light weight and travels well. I had purchased both the carry/on and the next size up luggage right before the pandemic (late 2019) and did not travel for the first time until 2021. The carry on main handle literally broke on me in the middle of the airport on this last trip.
Update / a few weeks after my post, customer service contacted me. They offered me a full refund (80). While im not happy with how the product turned out, they are a smaller company that is working to improve their product and keep customers happy. I have both the carry on and the larger piece of luggage and the larger piece of luggage has been durable so far.
