Update / Company contacted me and offered 60 as compensation, which I thought was fair. I would purchase from them again.
My suitcase had scratches on it when I got it out of the box, but I was leaving for Miami in the morning so it was my only option at that point. It didnt make it through the flight there / the expandable zipper broke so my suitcase came out of the conveyer belt opened. After playing with the zipper for a few minutes in the terminal I was able to get it back together, and it survived the flight home. I wouldnt buy another one but it served its purpose for the weekend trip.
