Update/ Customer Service is excellent. They resolved the initial problem with my suitcase. Happy Customer.
Seemed great for the price, but the fabric separating the sides inside has already ripped. A full suitcase strains the zipper as one side is heavier than the other. The biggest issue is that the zipper continues to become undone after it is zipped up. This is a huge issue as items can fall out. Do not recommend.
