Two of the handles broke on the first trip. I admit that it was likely from baggage handlers throwing luggage on to conveyor belts (as I have witnessed every time Ive been at the airport), but luggage manufacturers ought to account for this type of handling in their production design). The side of the luggage where the screws for the handles affixed have been stripped and cannot be reattached. I like the suitcase itself and would have gotten 5 stars if the handles held up.
